WESTFORD — Joint Library Building Committee approved $1.93 million in project warrants and a $27,900 change order. The board voted unanimously to fund the August 2026 invoices, including $1.83 million to Hutter Construction Corporation, and approved a design change for a 54 Main Street abutter screen. Construction continues with rooftop utilities installed and an elevator expected to arrive within 30 days.
The Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library reported raising $1.26 million of their $1.3 million campaign goal; the board approved a July AMPLIFUND report showing $155,823 in earned interest on grant funds.
