Ellis, 47, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with license suspended, op MV with (criminal subsq off ); inspection/sticker, no; and seat belt, fail wear.

Monday, June 29, 8:21 a.m. Larceny: A larceny of property was reported on Chamberlain Road.

Monday, June 29, 12:16 p.m. Crash: A crash with no injuries was reported at Lincoln Avenue and East Prescott Street, and a vehicle was towed.

Monday, June 29, 4:49 p.m. Crash: A crash with no injuries was reported on Tyngsboro Road.

Monday, June 29, 4:55 p.m. Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Pleasant Street.
