WESTFORD — The Westford Select Board unanimously approved a special one-day liquor license for a childhood cancer fundraiser. Angela Hennington, General Manager of Evviva Trattoria at 7 Cornerstone Square, requested the license on behalf of Charley's Rainbow Foundation for the Hope Fest event scheduled September 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the restaurant's back parking lot. Fire Chief Mike Denehy, Police Chief Mark Chambers, and Police Captain Michael Breault provided safety recommendations, including a requirement for a layout plan of the parking area and measures to prevent vehicle traffic.
