Planning Board approves draft decisions for Kimball Farm arcade project

Planning Board · Meeting of March 16, 2026

Westford Planning Board approves Kimball Farm arcade draft decisions. The board voted unanimously to approve the draft decisions for the arcade project at 400 Littleton Road, with conditions as requested, and directed staff to prepare final documents for the 35 West Prescott Street subdivision. Board members also endorsed a lot line adjustment and unanimously waived the application fee for the Town Farm Residences senior housing project at 35 and 39 Town Farm Road, which will include 35 mixed-income units and a food pantry.

Three applications — a 300-unit multi-family development at 219 Littleton Road, a Nashoba Valley Ski Area reconfiguration at 79 Powers Road, and the West Prescott Street subdivision — were continued to future dates, with the ski area hearing moved to April 6 and West Prescott Street extended to May 4.
