Planning Board · Meeting of November 2, 2026

WESTFORD — The Planning Board approved a definitive subdivision certificate for PB 2609 on Main Street after closing the public hearing. Neighbors Emily Byrne and John Conway asked for added conditions on trash placement, trees, drainage and construction timing, and staff said the decision includes a two-year progress report to the board. The applicant, Dave Guthrie, agreed to revise steep grading near the Conway lot line before plan endorsement.

The board also gave the owners of 73 Brookside Road until July 15, 2027, to connect a required sprinkler system, with possible fines of up to $300 per day, and approved a revised application fee schedule.
