WESTFORD — Task Force delays vote on Town Farm preservation list changes until April meeting. The 35 Town Farm Road Task Force, chaired by Ellen Harde, postponed voting on revisions to historic preservation requirements after questioning whether the lists had received prior Task Force approval. The Planning Board on March 16 approved a lot line adjustment between the Fire Station and the housing site.
CHOICE Housing Executive Director David Hedison outlined a construction timeline beginning in late June, with tenant advertising to commence in March 2027 and construction completion anticipated by July 2027. The Task Force will revisit the preservation list changes at its April 13 meeting.
