WESTFORD — Joint Library Building Committee approves $668,439.75 in construction warrants and invoices. The committee voted unanimously to accept the payment package and the February 2026 AMPLIFUND monthly report, which showed $155,822.43 in aggregated interest earned on grant funds through February. The project remains on budget but faces schedule delays from steel and concrete work, unsupported masonry, a damaged structural beam, weather, and settlement issues; construction is expected to conclude within the original 22-month window but likely not by the 18-month mark.
Change orders executed to date total $189,341.09.
