Joint Library Building Committee approves $175,562 in construction change orders.

WESTFORD — Joint Library Building Committee unanimously approved two construction change orders totaling $175,562 for the Fletcher Library renovation. The panel approved PCO 31 RFI 97 for plank cutting and infill at $49,915.00 and PCO 50 RFI 126 for added elevator opening work at not to exceed $125,647.00, with both motions passing 13 to 0. The committee also approved $1,038,880.00 in warrants and invoices and confirmed construction remains on schedule for completion by March 2027.
The project has expended $9,512,386.79 against a revised budget of $32,546,009.00, with the revised taxpayer cost now at $22,207,048.42.
