WESTFORD — The Parkerville Schoolhouse Committee unanimously elected Mitch Butler as vice president after determining other candidates were uninterested. Treasurer Joe reported combined checking and savings balances of $27,890.95 through March, with a $300 corporate match donation still pending verification. Building Maintenance Coordinator Tom oversaw deck painting in brown Behr solid-color stain and floor refinishing before the start of the school marm program's third-grade classes on April 28.
The committee scheduled a Westford Public Schools professional development day May 5 at the schoolhouse, featuring one-hour history and dip pen lessons for staff.
