WESTFORD — Parkerville Schoolhouse Committee approves November minutes and reviews finances. Chair Heidi Hatke led the meeting via Zoom, with the committee approving prior minutes unanimously and receiving the November and December Treasurer's Report prepared by Joe Morano, showing a $6,000 transfer from checking to savings for a combined ending balance of $16,675.65. Building Maintenance Coordinator Tom Unterberg reported heat is functioning and fallen bunting has been repaired; Committee agreed to pursue improved seating options for open house events.
School Marm Coordinator Jo-Anne Lund confirmed the spring program will run April 27 through May 22, excluding May 5, with fourteen third-grade classes scheduled and all volunteers confirmed except Dolly Michaelides and Annie.
