WESTFORD — Planning Board unanimously approves landscaping deadline change for Stanley Way project. Chair Mike Bonenfant, board members Joan Croteau, Darrin Wizst, and Bob Shaffer voted 4-0-0 to modify site plan and special permit conditions, allowing applicants Gary and MaryJo Lavelle until May 31, 2026 to complete required landscaping with occupancy permit withheld until completion. The board also voted 4-0-0 to continue the public hearing for the proposed 400 Littleton Road restaurant and arcade project, submitted by Jack and Clara Farmstead, LLC, to March 2, 2026 without discussion as requested by the applicant.
