WESTFORD — Robinson School Building Committee selects Lavallee Brensinger as designer from three competing firms. The committee unanimously approved payment of $7,134 to Vertex Companies, LLC, the owner's project manager, and set a March 17 kick-off meeting with the designer. The $31.6 million MSBA-partnered project targets a Select Board design contract vote on March 10, with preliminary design programming running March through June and a Preferred Schematic Report phase from June through December.
If the schedule holds, construction could begin spring 2029 following an August 2027 MSBA Board review and a fall 2027 Town Meeting vote.
