Westford Conservation Commission approves 5th Grade Adventure Days fee cut to $1,000. The Commission voted 5-0 to reduce the rental fee for the 2026 program after hearing from Adventure Day Coordinator Jamie Holmes and student participants Geneva, Samira, and Rhea. In regulatory action, the Commission issued a Conditional Negative Determination for a Massachusetts Electric Company pole replacement and tree removal project on Carlisle Road, allowing removal of eight trees in the wetland buffer zone.
The Commission continued hearings on two development applications to March 11, 2026 and approved four contractors to work through April 1 on previously approved projects including foundation backfill at 17 Forrest Road and stump grinding at 87 Hildreth Street.
