WESTFORD — Conservation Commission approves occupancy permit for Seal Harbor property despite violations. The Commission unanimously approved the permit for 417 Groton Road on February 11 despite a gas main installation by National Grid within the 50-foot no-disturb wetland buffer and unauthorized work during the December 1 through April 1 restricted season. In other business, the Commission issued amended orders of conditions for multiple properties and continued hearings on two large projects, including a 300-unit residential development proposed for 219 Littleton Road.
