Planning Board continues Kimball Farm hearing to January 22

WESTFORD — Planning Board defers Kimball Farm restaurant hearing to January 22. The board unanimously continued the public hearing for Jack & Clara Farmstead LLC's proposed 12,000-square-foot restaurant and arcade at 400 Littleton Road, which requires Site Plan Review, a Special Permit for commercial recreation use, and a Stormwater Management Permit for work disturbing over one acre. Town Planner Joseph Giniewicz also announced the first public meeting for the Route 40 Corridor Study on January 27, 2026 at the Cameron Senior Center.
The board approved three prior sets of draft meeting minutes unanimously.
