Joint library committee approves $711,401 in warrants, skylight restoration funding.

WESTFORD — Joint library committee approves $711,401 in warrants and construction costs through year-end. The Library Trustees and Permanent Town Building Committee unanimously voted to submit a $60,000 Community Preservation Act application for skylight restoration and approved an AMPLIFUND monthly report showing $155,772.60 in aggregated interest earned on grant funds through November. Hutter Construction Corporation has been paid $563,962.02 through December 31, 2025.
The library project budget totals $32.5 million, with $7.15 million expended and an additional $22.36 million in taxpayer funding required after all grants and offsets.
