Westford Zoning Board approves variance amendment for Pine Street residential addition. The Board voted unanimously to modify a 1975 Variance on the Charles Golub property at 3 Pine Street to allow a front yard setback of 19.1 feet where 25 feet is required, clearing the way for an 880-square-foot addition including a second story and front porch. Chair Scott MacKay and the Board set conditions requiring the applicant to correct the driveway location from the easterly to westerly side of the property and relocate an existing shed onto his property before occupancy.
The applicant agreed to file a revised survey at the Registry of Deeds reflecting the Board's measurements for the porch overhang.
