WESTFORD — Board of Assessors approves monthly exemptions and tax deferrals in routine April meeting. Chair Titus Palmer and members Diane Holmes and Dina Donahue voted unanimously to approve a monthly real estate exemption report totaling $15,616.65. The board also approved statements of entry into tax deferral and corresponding liens for the property at 13 Wilshire Avenue and voted unanimously on applications for tax deferral and exemptions for fiscal year 2026, affecting properties at 12 Orchard Street, 24 Story Street, 150 Main Street, 23 Waterview Drive, and Abbot Mill.
The meeting concluded with a vote to exit executive session and adjournment at 10:50 a.m.
