WESTFORD — Board of Assessors approves 29 real estate exemptions for FY2026. Chair Titus Palmer, Members Diane Holmes and Dina Donahue voted unanimously to grant exemption applications while denying 13 for tax year 2026. The board also approved motor vehicle abatements totaling approximately $41,000 across 163 claims.
FY2027 real estate commitments totaled $48.9 million according to the official minutes.
