CBMH Committee considers major restructuring plan

WESTFORD — Community Behavioral and Mental Health Committee proposes sweeping changes to its structure. Committee member Meredith Hogarty outlined the challenges of the committee's current size and undefined subcommittees, proposing it meet quarterly as a full body while establishing monthly subcommittee meetings, expanding resident participation, and adopting an attendance policy. The restructuring proposal followed discussion of the Hope Blooms Here event, which drew strong attendance and featured donated ice cream from Kimballs and music from the Day School choir.
The meeting lost quorum at 5:18 PM, preventing the planned review of citizen activity forms.
