Westford CPC reviews $4 million in FY26 preservation applications. Chair Marilyn Frank and eight committee members reviewed 17 projects totaling approximately $4 million on January 20, requesting additional details on the $1.041 million First Parish Church restoration, $1.056 million Town Hall roof project, and $400,000 Affordable Housing Trust program. Applicant presentations are scheduled for January 27 and February 4, with recommendations due February 10.
The committee voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes and moved officer elections to an annual September schedule.
