WESTFORD — Planning Board closes hearing on Littleton Road restaurant project. The Board voted 5-0 to close the public hearing for Jack & Clara Farmstead LLC's proposed 12,000-square-foot restaurant and arcade at 400 Littleton Road after Engineering Department conditions were met; an alternative traffic access via Great Road in Littleton was proposed as a condition of approval to address event-related traffic concerns. In related business, the Board voted 5-0 each to continue hearings without discussion for a two-lot Powers Road subdivision (37 Powers Road) and a three-lot Nashoba Valley Ski Area reconfiguration (79 Powers Road and related parcels) to March 16, 2026, and voted 5-0 to continue the 219 Littleton Road multi-family project (300 units) to allow applicant response to consultant feedback and presentation of renderings and fire access modifications.
