Westford Adds PAYT Overflow Bags At Local Retailers

WESTFORD — Westford will begin selling Pay-As-You-Throw overflow trash bags at local retailers, the town announced this week, giving residents a new way to handle waste that exceeds their standard PAYT allotment.
