Westford Select Board reorganizes and approves $406,599 in budget transfers. Newly elected Chair Chris Barrett, Vice Chair Sean Kelly, and Clerk Noëlle Donovan took office following unanimous votes. The board and Finance Committee approved moving $396,899 from Debt Service and Workers Compensation accounts to Fire Department Personal Services for the FY26 IAFF contract settlement, and transferring $9,700 from Workers Compensation to Police Expense for new cruiser upfitting.
The board unanimously backed Redgate's application for state grant funding to rehabilitate the historic Drew House as part of a 300-unit multifamily housing development at 219 Littleton Road, with anticipated groundbreaking in fall 2026.
