Select Board approves $1.3 million Robinson School design contract.

Westford Select Board unanimously authorized a $1.172 million contract with LaValle Brensinger Architects for the Robinson School Building Feasibility Study on March 10. Town Manager Kristen Las received a 2 percent merit increase retroactive to February 1. The board unanimously recommended Article 2, seeking $1.165 million in supplemental appropriations for snow removal, waste disposal, and risk management, plus $90,000 from recreation retained earnings, and Article 10, which would appropriate $3.991 million from Community Preservation Funds for housing, parks, historic preservation, and accessibility projects.
Six additional service and infrastructure contracts totaling approximately $1.279 million were approved for road design, stormwater work, and equipment maintenance. The Robinson School project is on track for construction to begin in 2029.
