WESTFORD — Select Board approves nearly $75,000 in municipal equipment and authorizes town manager votes. The Board voted unanimously to authorize Town Manager Kristen Las to represent Westford at Massachusetts Municipal Association and Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association annual meetings on January 24, 2026, and approved purchase orders totaling $74,630: $16,386.63 to Motorola for fire engine radio equipment, $13,244 to Maher Services for a Fletcher Well motor replacement, and $45,000 to Island Technical Services for police cruiser upfitting. The Board also unanimously approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the Health Department and the Massachusetts Health Officers Association for a community college intern placement under the Pathway to Local Public Health program.
