WESTFORD — Select Board approves three-year police contract and library expansion update. The board voted unanimously to ratify the Westford Police Association Collective Bargaining Agreement covering fiscal years 2026-2028 following an executive session. The J.V.
Fletcher Library Renovation and Expansion Project remains on schedule for November 2026 substantial completion and January 2027 opening, with 96 percent contingency funds remaining. The board also authorized $12,600 in spending through MJM Solutions for seven employees to complete Professional Certification in Community Hoarding Intervention training, and approved in-person early voting for the May 5, 2026 Annual Town Election. A School Committee request to move the Annual Town Meeting from March to April or May was deferred to the board's February 10 meeting.
