Conservation Commission approves Kimball Farm enforcement order, sets August deadline

Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 22, 2026

Westford Conservation Commission approved an Enforcement Order with August 31 deadline for Kimball Farm, targeting two long-standing Orders of Conditions dating to 2018: one for temporary arcade installation and one for a golf range net. Conservation Resource Planner Matthew Salem identified these orders as outstanding since at least 2018, with the original 2017 project summary listing four outstanding orders at that time. The Commission required a June 24 update meeting and voted unanimously to approve the enforcement order.

The Commission also unanimously approved a Partial Certificate of Compliance for Orchard Church, accepted the Forge Village Group's donation of a replacement Freedom Park sign, and approved Ron Cardone's removal of damaged trees at 28 Preservation Way. Three major public environmental review hearings on utility and residential projects were continued to May 13.
