Joint Library Building Committee approves $1.63 million in construction payments

WESTFORD — Joint Library Building Committee unanimously approved construction payments and reported progress on meeting the March 2027 completion date. The Committee approved warrants and invoices totaling $1,631,768.87, including $1,498,871.10 to Hutter Construction, $57,029.99 to Finegold Alexander Architects, and $42,500.00 to CHA Solutions for project management. As of July 15, the $32.5 million project reached 42 percent completion with $13.7 million spent and $18.8 million remaining.
The Committee approved the May 2026 AMPLIFUND report, which showed $155,823.12 in aggregated interest earned on grant funds.
