Joint library committee approves $1.5 million in construction invoices

WESTFORD — Joint library building committee approved $1.5 million in construction invoices on June 1. The committee, composed of Library Trustees and Permanent Town Building Committee members, voted unanimously (12-0) to authorize payments totaling $1,535,303.37, with Hutter Construction Corporation receiving $1,404,251.79 for construction through May 31. The committee also approved the AMPLIFUND Monthly Report for April 2026, documenting interest earned on grant funds of $155,823.12.
The Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners authorized Disbursement #4 for $1,570,399, with an anticipated advance for Disbursement #5 of $1,000,000 expected on June 10.
